I'm Lauren, a licensed occupational therapist based in Brooklyn, NY, with over 8 years of experience. I believe that when we meet people where they are, reduce unnecessary demands, and prioritize what is most meaningful, incredible progress follows. Sometimes slowing down is what moves us forward!

I strive to help adults and children alike better understand themselves and to help parents to better understand their children.
For pediatric clients, I prioritize active parent involvement and collaboration, to support improved carry-over and to empower parents to best help their child succeed.

I am actively enrolled in the DIR® Foundations Certificate Program (DIR Certificate Level 1) and working toward completion of the program.

Remote sessions are available for children/families, teens, and adults across NY state.
Payment
I am an out-of-network provider. I accept HSA and FSA funds. Superbills are provided for all sessions and may be submitted to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement, based on your individual plan benefits.
